§1 Introduction

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "you") and 88f ("88f", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 88f website, mobile-browser platform, games, sports-betting services, live casino tables, promotions, and all related services (collectively, "the Services") available at https://88f.games.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any part of the 88f platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 88f platform.

To register and maintain an account on 88f, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gaming and sports betting on the 88f platform. Players found to be under this age will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held pending verification review.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful, and you are not accessing the platform from any such restricted territory.
• You are not employed by, or a close family member of an employee of, 88f or any of its game studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) in a role that provides access to non-public information relating to game outcomes or platform operations.
• You have not previously had an 88f account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list and have not voluntarily requested exclusion from the 88f platform via our Responsible Gaming tools.

88f reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during withdrawal processing, bonus claims, or following unusual account activity. Failure to supply acceptable documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

§3 Accounts

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same bKash or Nagad mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein, including bonus funds.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 88f account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. 88f does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 88f payments team during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 88f platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are all displayed in ৳. Where currency conversion is required for international payment methods such as Visa or Mastercard, the conversion rate applied will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the 88f platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are detailed in the individual offer terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time window. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some promotional offers cap the total amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. Any amounts exceeding this cap will be removed from your balance upon withdrawal request.
• One offer per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 88f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where abuse is suspected.

§7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88f, its directors, employees, affiliates, and game studio partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 88f platform or its Services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues outside 88f's reasonable control.
• Losses sustained through gameplay, including losses on certified RNG games, live casino tables, or sports betting markets.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
• Errors or omissions in any content, odds, or information displayed on the platform, provided that 88f takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 88f's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

§8 Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 88f account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of pending bonus wagering) will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts with active self-exclusion requests may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reinstatement.

8.2 Closure by 88f

88f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns; abusive or threatening conduct toward support staff; or violation of any applicable law. In cases of termination for cause, 88f may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where applicable, return them to the originating payment method net of any fraudulently obtained funds.

§9 Governing Law

Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 88f, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. 88f does not make any warranty that the Services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside of its intended operational territory. Access to the platform from restricted jurisdictions is entirely at your own risk, and 88f accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from such access.

§10 Privacy

88f collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
